Candidates must possess a Virginia license and have 2 to 5 years of hospital experience. A background in respiratory therapy is essential, including the ability to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with breathing difficulties.
Experience working under the direction of doctors and treating a broad range of respiratory issues is advantageous.
This position is located in Norfolk, VA, a city brimming with educational and cultural opportunities, from the Norfolk Botanical Garden to the NEON District filled with public art and dining options. The role is based within a facility that values healthcare excellence and provides free parking. The dress code requires ceil blue scrubs, ensuring a professional work environment. The 13-week assignment features night shifts with 12-hour work rotations. The absence of on-call duties allows for focused patient care during the shift.
