CareerStaff Unlimited is looking to hire full-time, experienced Practical Nurse within the Correctional Facility in Hagerstown, MD. Qualified candidate will have a strong focus in patient care and have flexibility for all shifts including weekends and holidays.  A set schedule will be given monthly.  In addition to our standard benefits, our Practical Nurses are preferred in a number of facilities throughout California. JOB DETAILS FOR LPN LICENSED PRACTICALL NURSE – CORRECTIONAL FACILITY:

1. Provide a basic level of general nursing care to forensic clients, patients or inmates with mental, emotional or developmental disabilities
2. Provide care under the clinical direction of a registered nurse or physician
3. The ability to easily integrate into new settings
4. Knowledge of various computer systems
5. A desire to expand nursing skill set or varied experience 

LICENSURE CREDENTIALS REQUIRED FOR THE LPN LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE:

1. Valid Licensed VPractical Nurse – LPN License in state of practice
2. 1 year of LVN experience within the last 2 years
3. Must be eligible to work in the United States
4. BLS (Basic Life Support) issued American Heart Association or American Red Cross
