This employee has the responsibility for coordination of total customer care. RN Nursing Supervisor performs responsible supervisory and professional work in directing and coordinating all nursing units.



Collects, validates, synthesizes, and records objective and subjective data;

Prioritizes data collection based on patient needs

Analyzes all data;

Identifies actual or potential problems or needs based on data analysis;

Care Planning:

Establishes realistic and measurable short and long term goals for the identified health problems and needs;

Develops individualized interventions to achieve goals;

Conducts a systematic and ongoing evaluation of patient outcomes;

Reviews and revises service plan as indicated;Implementing Care:

Performs nursing functions and provides care within scope of practice;

Coordinates and delegates care as appropriate;

Verifies that medical orders are accurately transcribed;

Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders;

Communicates and documents interventions and patient response;

Managing patient care:

Delegates care responsibilities to staff considering:

Complexity of care;

Competency of staff;

Center policies;

State's practice act;


Graduate of an accredited nursing program

BSN preferred

A minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience is required and a minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care nursing with one year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity is preferred

Current nursing license, in good standing with the State licensing board

Federal-, State- and GHR-required credentials current and on file

Must provide verification of TST (tuberculin skin test) as required by state law and in accordance with Company policy. TSTs will be administered at the work site if required.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the spoken English language

Current BLS/CPR certification


Weekly Hours: 40

Blended rate: $41.75

Gross weekly Pay: $1,670.00

Taxable Pay per hour: $19.00

Lodging weekly: $595.00

Meals weekly: $315.00
