Travel RN - HOME CARE/CBRF in Albuquerque, NM
The Home Health Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high qaulity care for the elderly or people with disabilities, in the patient’s home. Home Health Registered Nurse will typically help the patient with day to day tasks that they can no longer take care of by themselves.


As a Home Health RN your duties include:
  • Helping the patient with feeding, taking baths, getting dressed, and other areas they have difficulty with.
  • Administering medications and logging the patient's vitals on a scheduled basis.
  • Provide the patient with exercise and diet plans that align with their current health condition and monitor their daily results.
  • Take patients to and from physician appointments.


One year of experience as a Home Health RN within the past two years.
  • Active Nursing License in good standing.
  • Current BLS from American Heart Association.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
