Computed Tomography Technologist - (CT Tech)
StartDate: 11/13/2023 Available Shifts: 10 N Pay Rate: $1700.00 - $2200.00

CT Tech needed ASAP for 13 weeks 50 mile radius rule is in place. traveler's permanent address must be 50 miles or further from facility Must have ND License Must be Certified by the ARRT in computed tomography Must have BLS Explains procedures to patients to reduce anxiety and obtain patient cooperation. Positions equipment and sets technical factors to obtain optimal studies. Practices radiation protection and follows ALARA principles. Performs portable radiographic exams as requested. Under the direction of Radiologist or attending physician prepares and/or administers oral and IV contrast material. Provides assistance to the Radiologist during fluoroscopy examinations, and invasive procedures such as angiography, biopsies, and localizing procedures. Utilizes teleradiology equipment as needed. Utilizes hospital information system and radiology information system as required for charges and proper patient status. Performs CT and x-ray studies to produce images of high quality and shows ability to operate CT Scanner and x-ray equipment independently. Also shows capability of operating CT workstation appropriately. PLEASE ONLY SUBMIT CANDIDATES THAT MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS We have Siemens 64 slice scanner

Required Qualifications
Must have ND License
Must be Certified by the ARRT in computed tomography
Must have BLS
Must be able to use CT & X-Ray equipments
