Job Requirements:

Experience: Will accept NEW GRADS!

Current state of Kansas license as a Registered Nurse.

Education - Graduation from an accredited nursing program.)

Job Description/General Duties:

Salina Regional's Medical-Surgical RN provides specialty professional nursing care for a variety of medical and surgical patients, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation, and according to professional standards, state regulations, and in keeping with the health center mission. The Med-Surg RN will work in either the 3SE, 4Med, or 5Surg department. There is a maximum 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio in these units.
