Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient Pelvic Health assignment at the Magnolia Parke Rehab Center. This is a 13-week contract working with adult patients requiring pelvic health–focused therapy interventions. This role requires strong clinical skills, patient communication, and the ability to manage a diverse outpatient caseload.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat adult patients with pelvic health conditions including:
Incontinence
Constipation
Pregnancy-related back or pelvic pain
Post-partum pelvic dysfunction
Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, functional mobility training, and oxygen titration as needed.
Develop individualized treatment plans and recommend appropriate post-acute care.
Document patient care thoroughly using EPIC EMR.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers in a busy outpatient environment.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Therapy (or higher).
Active Florida PT license (OT license also accepted – PT or OT candidates allowed).
Pelvic Health experience is REQUIRED and must be clearly shown in work history.
Strong proficiency across therapy services and outpatient settings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Outpatient rehabilitation experience.
Familiarity with EPIC EMR.
Contract & Compliance Notes
No RTO allowed during the first 2 weeks of assignment.
Maximum 8 days RTO permitted for a 13-week contract.
FL AHCA clearance may take up to 14 business days to process.

Medical exemptions allowed (form required).
Locals accepted (local rate applies if within 50 miles).
