Job Details

Seeking an experienced PT (1+ years, no new grads) to provide care for adult, adolescent, and geriatric patients. Responsibilities include evaluations (Fall Risk, Gross Motor), case management, and managing ~55 visits/week. Must have active state PT license and registration.

Shift: 5x8 hr days
