Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional rehabilitative care to patients across various settings. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient orthopedic, sports rehab, and general therapy, with flexibility to handle occasional inpatient cases.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Deliver physical therapy services for orthopedic, sports, and general rehab cases.
Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with facility protocols.

Shift: 5x8 hr days
