We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist to join the operating room team. The Surgical Tech is responsible for managing all instruments, supplies, and equipment needed during surgical procedures. This role requires a solid understanding of the procedure being performed, the ability to anticipate the surgeon’s needs, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, sterile environment at all times.

You will prepare the operating room, set up sterile trays, assist the surgical team during procedures, and ensure the integrity of the sterile field throughout the case. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, adaptable, and dedicated to supporting high‑quality patient care during every operative procedure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare OR by setting up instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies
• Maintain strict sterile technique and monitor the sterile field
• Anticipate surgeon needs and pass instruments efficiently
• Handle specimens and surgical equipment safely
• Assist with room turnover between procedures
• Ensure equipment is functioning and report inconsistencies
• Support the surgical team to ensure smooth workflow and patient safety
