Job Details

The Rehabilitation team at Samaritan Health Services provides high‑quality care to patients experiencing reduced mobility or functional independence due to injury or medical conditions. This outpatient Physical Therapy contract is based at the Sweet Home, Oregon location. Services include orthopedic and sports rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, pediatric rehabilitation, balance and dizziness therapy, wheelchair seating, and treatment for neck, back, and extremity conditions.
The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary rehab team. This role requires travel to multiple points of care within the system.
