Job Details

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide high‑quality outpatient care following current physical therapy standards and departmental policies. The PT will assess patients, create and implement treatment plans, document all care, and ensure excellent clinical outcomes. This role also includes coordinating services, delegating tasks appropriately, and advocating for patient needs.
The Physical Therapist will supervise and guide support staff, volunteers, and students within the department. Reporting is directly to the department director or designee. Agency clinicians may be floated to other qualified departments based on facility needs.
