Job Details

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13‑week contract assignment, starting ASAP, with 30 guaranteed hours per week. The ideal candidate will deliver high‑quality therapy services, support functional recovery, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and create patient‑specific treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, endurance, and functional independence.
Document patient progress accurately and timely in accordance with facility guidelines.
Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and rehab staff to ensure coordinated care.
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery expectations.
