Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Provide respiratory care across Adult ICU and Med‑Surg units.

Respond to all C‑sections and high‑risk deliveries, providing neonatal respiratory support as needed.

Manage and troubleshoot:
BiPAP/CPAP
1.Mechanical ventilators
2.Vapotherm / high‑flow systems
3.Basic respiratory therapy treatments

Collaborate with nursing and provider teams to ensure optimal patient care.

Work with the second RT on shift to divide hospital responsibilities efficiently.

Qualifications

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.

Comfortable functioning independently in a rural hospital environment.

Strong competency with ventilators, non‑invasive ventilation, and high‑flow systems.

Experience attending deliveries preferred; training available for the right candidate.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
