Night shift RN responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of treatment. Collaborates with physicians and the care team, responds to emergencies, administers medications, supports patient and family education, and maintains timely, accurate documentation while ensuring patient safety and quality of care.
