Licensed to practice as a RN in Oklahoma. Looking for RN Director-Medical, Rehab & Surgical units...
Minimum of 5 years experience with inpatient nursing supervision. 2 years director experience over multiple departments. BSN required Masters highly preferred. Current CPR card or completion with in 30 days of employment....
Meditech is current charting system but will be moving to Epic so that is the preferred experience.
Typical staffing ratios: 1:5.. Will work weekends as needed. Holidays are on a rotation.
Potential for a sign on bonus but will be discussed in interview
