Job Details

Position Title: Registered Nurse – Outpatient Dialysis
Setting: Outpatient Dialysis Clinic (95% outpatient)
Schedule: 36-hour guarantee – 3x 12-hour shifts (Mon/Wed/Fri)

Minimum 2 years of Dialysis RN experience

Key Responsibilities:
Perform patient assessments and ongoing evaluations.
Administer medications per protocol and individual treatment plans
Develop, update, and implement patient care plans.
Conduct foot checks when due.
Operate and troubleshoot Braun Dialog dialysis machines.
Document all care accurately in CKG-TIME EMR.
Collaborate with PCTs and other nurses in a team-based model.
Maintain safe, compliant dialysis procedures and infection control standards.
Participate in mandatory monthly staff meetings (2 hours, typically on Tuesdays).

Shift Options:
5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
(Shift may vary depending on patient census)

Required Qualifications:
Active RN License (State of Texas)
BLS & CPR certifications
Minimum 2 years of Dialysis RN experience
Ability to work 11-hour shifts on M/W/F
Ability to safely use Braun Dialog machines and follow dialysis best practices
