Key Responsibilities
Assess patients’ nutritional needs through medical history, dietary habits, and laboratory data.
Develop personalized nutrition plans and diet charts based on health conditions.
Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans accordingly.
Provide counseling on healthy eating habits, weight management, and lifestyle changes.
Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and healthcare teams for integrated patient care.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic diets (e.g., diabetic, renal, cardiac).
Conduct nutrition screenings and identify patients at risk of malnutrition.
