Minimum of 2 years home health experience, Current MI RN licensure,
Current BLS certification through AHA, IV experience, Oasis experience,
Epic experience.

Milage from home HF site to patient homes will be tracked in Kronos and
reimbursable at a rate of 67 cents per mile.
