MUST Have:
Experience with inpatient
Experience with SNF
MN State license or willing to get
Active BLS - must be AHA
Willing to float to all locations needed per job request
Experience in the acute care setting preferred; 1 year of experience in the past 3 years preferred but not required
EPIC highly preferred

Discipline: OT

Shift: 5x8 hr days

Start: 04/10/2026 (may be flexible)
