Our Biplane unit has only been running for about a month now and we are transitioning that to be our primary Neuro room. Our 5th room is a C Arm that we do mostly Mediports and tunnel lines in with our mid-level providers.
Mondays we typically have 2-3 Neuro intervention cases that range from aneurysm coilings, pipeline stent placement or onyx treatment of an AVM.
Our IR rooms range from Urologic work ( NU’S, PCN and SPT placements) Liver ( Bland embo, Y90, Tips, TJ biopsies) Dialysis (catheters, declots, fistulas) Embolization’s ranging from Trauma to GI.
Our mid-level room is where we place and remove Mediports and do para’s and thora’s.
