Prefer prior SNF clinical experience. SLP with knowledge/comfort with assessment/treatment of speech language and dysphagia patients.
SLP would have PRN support.
Responsibilities:
Assess and treats speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders for sub-acute rehabilitation patients.
Develop personalized treatment plans.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient care.
Educate patients and families on treatment options.
Maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
State SLP license.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology
Strong communication and teamwork skills
