Job Details

This is a 12-hour day shift Medical-Surgical/Telemetry (MS/Tele) Travel Registered Nurse position at an acute care, Magnet-designated hospital. The nurse will care for medical-surgical and telemetry patients, including a specialized population of surgical patients following the ERAS (Enhanced Recovery After Surgery) protocol.

Job Details
Position: Travel RN – MS/Telemetry
Shift: 12-hour days
Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts or 4 × 12-hour shifts
Patient ratio: 1 RN : 5–6 patients
Experience required: Minimum 2 years
First-time travelers: Accepted, but must have at least 3 years of nursing experience
Weekend requirement: Every other weekend; 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week period
Start date: Approximately 3–4 weeks, due to compliance requirements; biweekly start dates
On-call: Required
Floating: May float within scope to other MS/Tele floors and to Memorial Belleville and Memorial Shiloh
Block scheduling: Not accommodated
Locals: Not accepted; must live outside a 75-mile radius
Pending license: Not accepted
RTO: Maximum 7 days
Charting: EPIC
Scrubs: Navy blue
Parking: Free
