Job Details

Collect and document relevant patient data pertinent to the patient's health status or situation.
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and identify patient needs and care issues.
Analyze assessment findings to assist in determining appropriate nursing diagnoses and care priorities.
Develop individualized care plans that prescribe appropriate interventions to achieve desired patient outcomes.
Implement nursing care plans and coordinate care delivery with the healthcare team.
Employ evidence-based strategies to promote patient health, safety, and a healing environment.
Monitor and evaluate patient progress toward established outcomes and modify interventions as appropriate.
