Requirement:

TX state RN license
BLS from American Heart Association
2 years of RN exp.
EPIC exp is required

Job description:

Conduct accurate clinical assessments and prioritize patient and family needs.
Develop, implement, and modify nursing care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
Promote a safe, compassionate, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
Incorporate cultural, spiritual, and individual patient values into care planning.\
Advocate for patient rights, dignity, and confidentiality.
Educate patients, families, and healthcare team members to support informed decision-making.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver integrated care.
Delegate tasks appropriately based on patient condition and staff competencies.
Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
Demonstrate professionalism through shared governance, continuing education, and community service.
