Registered Respiratory Therapist - Neonatal Intensive Care - (RRT - NICU)

Pay Rate: $1887.96 - $2068.72
Working in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), the RRT will play a crucial role in providing life-saving care to the most vulnerable patients. Responsibilities include managing ventilators, administering respiratory treatments, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care. The NICU is equipped with the latest technology in neonatal care, ensuring the highest standards of treatment.
A typical day involves working closely with neonatal physicians and nurses to develop and implement care plans, managing emergency situations, and educating family members on the care and progress of their newborns. The patient-to-staff ratio is designed to provide intensive, personalized care.

Required Qualifications
Registered Respiratory Therapist, Pedi
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: RT-MN
Certifications: NRP-AHA; PALS-AHA; ACLS-AHA
AND
Registered Respiratory Therapist, NICU
Experience: 2 years
AND
Registered Respiratory Therapist, PICU
Experience: 2 years
