Speech & Language Pathologist - Skilled - (SLP)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2096.75 - $2297.50

NO NEW GRADS, license in hand - won't officially book until license is active. Must have at least 1 reference on file. SLP needed - 12/17 start date, 13-week assignment, Mon-Fri schedule; weekend rotation may be required.

Required Qualifications
Speech/Language Pathologist, Skilled
Licenses: SLP-ND(Copy needed)
Certifications: BLS; ASHA-American Speech Language Hearing Association
Weekends: weekend rotation may be required
Float: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities to maintain guarantee hours (w/i 30miles)
Scrub Colors: any color scrubs or business casual
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
