PT needed asap for 13 weeks SHIFT: DAYS- 8A-5P - MON-FRI WITH ALTERNATING WEEKENDS (ABOUT ONCE PER MONTH) NO CALL REQUIREMENTS: BLS NEEDS CURRENT COVID VAX BILINGUAL FOR ENGLISH AND SPANISH AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE-ORTHO, NEURO, CARDIAC AND DEBILITY Patient Ratio: EXPECTATION OF 6-8 EVALS PER DAY PLUS SOME THERAPY FOR A TOTAL OF 20 UNITS/DAY (EVALS WEIGHTED AS 2 UNITS) SCRUB COLOR - ANY COLOR TRAVELERS SUBMITTED WITHOUT THE NECESSARY INFO OR REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REJECTED MUST INCLUDE THE HOME ADDRESS & SSN ON THE SUBMISSIONS TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM THE FACILITY
