Required Qualifications
Home Health and Oasis experience
HomeCare HomeBase documentation experience REQUIRED, will not train
LIC in hand

Facility Location
Burnsville is home to Kirsten Olsen, ice skater & actress and a city 15 miles south of downtown Minneapolis in Dakota County within the state of Minnesota.
