Pay Rate: $1877.06 - $2068.60

Certified Scrub tech: Float required; weekends and call as required – 1 night a week if needed and 1 weekend every 2 weeks, flexibility a must. Requirements: • AHA BLS and NBSTSA required, CNOR preferred • 2 years OR experience • Must have large trauma level 1 experience in the last year • Should have Level 1 trauma within last year and at least 1 year in work experience • Solid knowledge base including, but not limited to, ortho, robotics, general surgery, ENT, plastics, and neuro Additional Information: • IVS to OFFER •Monday to Sunday • Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday • No block schedules for any reason • This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit • Please ensure all employment gaps over 30 days are explained • Covid and Flu declinations accepted- please have either proof or declinations in packet Disclaimers: • Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended • Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April

Surgical Technologist, OR
Work History: Should not be more than 0 day of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months
EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable
knowledge base including, but not limited to: ortho, robotics, general surgery, ENT, plastics, neuro
This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, trauma level) to be in the facility line to submit
SCL within the last year
Preferred Qualifications
Previous Travel Experience highly preferred
