Sonographer - Diagnostic - (Sonography - Sono)
StartDate: 5/26/2025 Available Shifts: 12 D Pay Rate: $1917.21 - $2100.77

To perform routine examinations in Ultrasound and; adapt procedures to obtain specific diagnostic and/or therapeutic results; prepare patients for examinations This requires independent judgment to adapt procedures to obtain specific diagnostic results under the direction of a radiologist. 1+ years of experience in ultrasound/sonography Must know all preps for each Radiology and Vascular / Cardiac U/S exams and procedures. Positive attitude and demonstrated willingness to assess and improve work environment. Ability to perform multiple tasks while coordinating patient flow and a variety of technical procedures requiring independent judgment and initiative. Associate's Degree in Ultrasound/Sonography or Radiologic Technology OR Certificate of completion of Ultrasound/Sonography or Radiologic Technology program BLS (American Heart Assoc.) Registered Vascular Tech (RVT) through ARDMS RDMS Abdomen (AB) or RDMS Obstetrics/Gynecology (OB/GYN) through ARDMS Associate's Degree (Community College, MBO)

Required Qualifications
Years of Experience: 1. 1+ years of experience in ultrasound/sonography.
Must know all preps for each Radiology and Vascular / Cardiac U/S exams and procedures.
Positive attitude and demonstrated willingness to assess and improve work environment.
Ability to perform multiple tasks while coordinating patient flow and a variety of technical procedures requiring independent judgment and initiative.
Associate's Degree in Ultrasound/Sonography or Radiologic Technology
OR
Certificate of completion of Ultrasound/Sonography or Radiologic Technology program
BLS (American Heart Assoc.)
Registered Vascular Tech (RVT) through ARDMS
RDMS Abdomen (AB) or RDMS Obstetrics/Gynecology (OB/GYN) through ARDMS
Associate's Degree (Community College, MBO)
