Required Qualifications
Surgical Technologist, OR Experience: 2 years Certifications: BLS SSN Required DOB Required Driver’s License Copy On-File
UHS Specific Employment History Cover Page to be completed with Recruiter
2 Professional References Within Last 2 Years
Flu vaccination are required, declinations are not accepted
