MA RN LIC MUST HAVE ortho trauma, and general BLS, CST FROM NBSTA ONLY COVID BOOSTER, SERIES, FLU VACCINE AND CPR AHA REQUIRED OR SCL and Ref within a year RTO upon submission 50 Mile Radius Rule

Required Qualifications
Surgical Technologist, OR
SSN Required
DOB Required
CST FROM NBSTA ONLY
References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months

MUST HAVE ortho trauma, and general
BLS
COVID BOOSTER, SERIES, FLU VACCINE AND CPR AHA REQUIRED
