Physical Therapist - Skilled - (PT - Skilled)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2059.81 - $2257.03

Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a Physical Therapist who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team in Lexinton, SC. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment and be willing to complete a 13 week travel assignment with possibility of extending. This is an immediate need and the client is actively interviewing. Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Skilled
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)

Preferred Qualifications
Proper State License
Skilled Nursing/long term care experience - since October 2019 (PDPM experience)
Rehab Optima (Net Health)
COVID-19 Vaccination card/documentation - No Declinations Accepted
