Physical Therapist - Long-term Acute Care - (PT - Acute)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2510.35 - $2750.70

Montana licensed PT needed for 25 bed critical access hospital in Chester. Shift times: Monday – Friday, 0800-1700; no weekends, no call.

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Long Term Acute Care
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed)
Certifications: BLS(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
