Required Qualifications
Surgical Technologist, OR
Experience: 1 year 6 months
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy Needed); CERT-NBSTSA- CST
SSN Required

UHS Specific Employment History Cover Page to be completed with Recruiter
2 Professional References Within Last 2 Years
