Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)
StartDate: 8/25/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2153.15 - $2359.30

• Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): Physical Therapist • Specialty: ADULT Outpatient • Number of Openings: 1 • Shift: Days • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 guaranteed/40 scheduled. **NOTE: ANY overtime must be pre-approved • Weekend Hours: NA • Call Requirements: NA • Required Certifications: NM State PT License, BLS (Candidates can obtain licensure during onboarding process, it is not required at the time of submission) • Years of Experience: 1 • Float Requirements: NA • Additional Notes: Hours: 7:00 am – 5:30pm; Breaks: Unpaid 30 min lunch break 1230-1300 **Time off/Holidays: TBD Days of Week: TBD (Clinic is open 7:00 am – 5:30pm, M-Fri) Mandatory Meetings: Expected to attend, if occurs during UNPAID 30 min lunch break, will adjust timecard to reflect and convert to PAID Dress code: Dark Gray(Pewter) top and Black pants. Scrubs or polo/button up. No jeans. ALL Required Vaccinations verified Unit Information: • Patient Ratios: 10-14 scheduled patients per day • EHR: Cerner • Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Adults/Teens Hiring Profile: • Must Have Skills/Experience: 1 year experience • Preferred Skillset/Experience: PREFERRED Outpatient experience. Dry needling, Manual Therapy • Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Medical- …. • Required Education: Based on NM State Licensing Board
