Speech & Language Pathologist - Home Health - (SLP - HH)

Available Shifts: 8 D
Pay Rate: $2040.35 - $2235.70
Evaluates and treats patients regarding the application of a wide variety of therapeutic interventions for rehabilitation of speech, language, communication, cognition, hearing and dysphasia disorders. Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span of patients served.
SLP needed for home health
-New Mexico Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. -ASHA Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) certification.
-BLS required.
-BLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.

Required Skills & Experience:
-Two (2) years experience required.
-Requires detailed knowledge of speech and language pathology in terms of what and how work is to be done as well as why it is done; this level includes interpretation of data.
-Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment previously.
-Basic understanding of the rules and regulations of the specific setting.
-Must be a team player, flexible, and accustomed to fast paced environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
-Epic EMR experience preferred.
