Computed Tomography Technologist - (CT Tech)

Pay Rate: $3342.62 - $3662.66
The position is for a CT Tech in Norfolk, VA, requiring VA license and experience with GE CT equipment and Epic/PACS. The job entails 13 weeks with shifts from Monday to Friday, 1500-2330, along with on-call duties including evenings, weekends, and overnights. Parking is available at no charge in front of the hospital.
A valid Virginia license is required and must be obtained prior to starting. Candidates should be trained on GE CT equipment and Epic/PACS systems. The role requires at least 3 to 5 years of hospital experience specifically performing all types of CT scans, with and without contrast, utilizing GE CT equipment.
Preferred candidates will demonstrate strong skills in hospital settings, with comprehensive CT scanning expertise, and possess additional training or certifications that enhance their operational proficiency.
This CT Tech position is located in Norfolk, Virginia—a vibrant city known for its cultural and recreational attractions. The role involves 13 weeks of employment, with shifts scheduled from Monday to Friday, from 3 pm to 11:30 pm, including on-call responsibilities during evenings, weekends, and overnight. Parking is conveniently free and situated directly in front of the hospital. CT Technologist, Computed Tomography
Experience: 2 years
RAD-VA
Certifications: CTTECH-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
On Call: rotation- (evenings, weekends and overnight)
Scrub Colors: gray
Registered Virginia licensed CT Technologist needed for 13 weeks.
Two plus years of CT experience.
Must have ARRT and BLS certification.
Must be able to work independently on GE CT equipment, perform venipunctures, and be proficient with contrast administration
