StartDate: 9/8/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2136.67 - $2341.24

PT- home health needed asap 2+ years current experience BLS (AHA) age group experience: Peds to Geri Previous traveler preferred Home Health and/or Hospice experience OASIS experience Dress Code: business casual, no open toe shoes

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Home Health Experience: 2 years PT(Compact Accepted) Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history Home Health and/or Hospice experience
