Required Qualifications
CT Technologist, Computed Tomography
Experience: 3 years
Licenses: RAD-NC
Certifications: BLS(Copy needed); CTTECH(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

Photo ID (collected during compliance process as a standard)
