AMN Healthcare is partnering with a well-respected school district in Prescott Vally, AZ to hire a highly motivated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position. SLP clinicians must be willing to support a friendly, positive, and professional environment while working in a fast-paced setting.

School SLPA assignments are typically 9 months in length but can vary from 4 to 26 weeks (about 6 months) depending on the contract. School SLPA assignments offer a generous benefits package that includes:

Required Qualifications
Speech/Language Pathologist, School
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or Related Field
State SLP License in State of Residence
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working in a School Setting, Early Childhood, or Pediatrics
Strong Knowledge of Speech and Language Development, Assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members.
Ability to maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations
