As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be integral to the schools in Cooperstown New York, dedicated to making a lasting difference in the lives of students. The role entails working within a supportive school environment that prioritizes student growth and educational advancement. The position is set in a travel format with a 35-hour workweek, following a Monday to Friday schedule. Typical duties include providing direct speech and language services primarily connected to IEP objectives. Candidates can expect to work across two facilities closely located to each other, adjusting to the school's schedule for holidays and inclement weather.

Required Qualifications
Speech/Language Pathologist, School
Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or Related Field
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)
State License is Required to Start the Assignment
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working in a School Setting, Early Childhood, or Pediatrics
Strong Knowledge of Speech and Language Development, Assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members.
Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations
