StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2007.82 - $2200.06

Mon-Thurs 8:00a - 5:45p and Fri 8a - 11a Weekend Requirements: None On-Call- Requirements: None Must Have Skills/Experience: 1 year Preferred Skill-set/Experience: Outpatient EMR: EPIC Required Certifications/License: BLS (AHA only) and *VA License (please include VA License, if they don’t have include status of license) Must have Outpatient experience

PT(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS-AHA
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
