Physical Therapist - Acute - (PT - Acute)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 N Pay Rate: $1836.23 - $2012.04

Acute hospital is looking for a highly motivated and energetic physical therapist to join the outpatient team. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment. Outpatient Physical Therapist to work at our largest Outpatient Clinic at 67 South Bedford St in Burlington. • MA PT license and BLS required. • Experience/Qualifications: 3+ yrs in an Outpatient PT setting. EPIC experience helpful. • Caseload consists of mostly adult population with Ortho, Neuro and Vestibular dx. • Working with a Team of 16 PT's in a diverse setting. Expected to see 11-12 patients in an 8hr shift. • Free onsite parking Graduate from certified PT program MA PT License and BLS required. Facility is not accepting local candidates. BILH Coversheet Required Cannot have worked perm/travel for any Beth Israel facility within the past year. COVID Vaccines + Booster required at time of submission. 2024-2025 flu vaccine required at time of submission (declinations not accepted). If candidate does not have current flu vaccine, we will accept an attestation stating they will receive it prior to start.

Physical Therapist, Acute Experience: 2 years Licenses: PT-MA Certifications: BLS(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history References: 1 Reference in entire work history Graduate from certified PT program Facility is not accepting local candidates.
BILH Coversheet Required
Cannot have worked perm/travel for any Beth Israel facility within the past year.
COVID Vaccines + Booster required at time of submission.
2024-2025 flu vaccine required at time of submission (declinations not accepted). If candidate does not have current flu vaccine, we will accept an attestation stating they will receive it prior to start.

Preferred Qualifications
Travel experience is preferred.
