Physical Therapist - Acute - (PT - Acute)
StartDate: 9/22/2025 Available Shifts: 10 D Pay Rate: $2048.81 - $2244.97

Physical Therapist needed - No more than a 30-day work gap, Skills Checklist completed within past year and MUST HAVE references within the past year, no exceptions! Must have 2+ years of experience. Active IL license & BLS required. Areas of coverage include: Acute Inpatient, Acute Outpatient, Ambulatory Outpatient and Pediatrics. All areas are separate and Therapist will typically be only asked to cover the are they are hired in to, unless they are willing & able to cover in another area (split position could be offered, although not common). Common diagnoses: general medical, ortho, neuro; adolescents through geriatrics. Dress code for inpatient is scrubs in solid navy blue/black/gray combinations and business casual for outpatient.

Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months
