No Local Clinicians- 80 mile radius – can screen if 50-80 miles
FEES: 1%
Credentialing: docs due Tues Prior, Accepts Covid Declinations
BILLING CYCLE: pay weekly – Bill biweekly
NOTICE: 14 days
BILL GWW: Y but call offs 2 shifts per 13 weeks
PAY GWW: Y but F can call off 2 shifts per 13 weeks
