StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2214.74 - $2426.79

Reputable SNF is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Physical Therapist to join the team in Fremont, CA going between two buildings. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Skilled
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PT-CA
Float: Floating - If needed and would be drive time/mileage
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

Preferred Qualifications
Travel experience and Rehab Optima experience are preferred.
Skilled Nursing Experience
Active CA License
