Computed Tomography Technologist - (CT Tech)

Your role will involve performing diagnostic CT examinations promptly and accurately, ensuring adherence to radiation safety procedures. You will work alongside a supportive team of healthcare professionals, contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient care in our well-equipped and modern healthcare facility. The responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records and collaborating with radiologists to interpret the results.
Shift: 7-on 7-off (3-12 hour shifts and 4-10 hour shifts)
week 1 : Th/F/S 17:30-06:00
week 2: S/M/T/W 20:30-07:00

Day Shift – when fully staffed, up to 5 + transporter
Night Shift - when fully staffed 2 + transporter

Type of equipment – GE Rev Evo 63 slice x 3
EMR - Meditech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
GE Scanner experience
Experience in both CT and CTA
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Trauma & stroke experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
CT & CTA head, body, neuro, extremity including run offs and Perfusion
Polytrauma Panscans; CT/CTA/CTP for stroke
Best personality Fit:
Self-directed, communicative, hardworking, team player and ability to work independent
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
ARRT (CT) and BLS (American Red Cross or American Heart Association)

Certifications: R-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
