StartDate: 10/20/2025 Available Shifts: 10 D Pay Rate: $1057.86 - $1159.14

Michigan licensed PT needed for Alpena. PT Experience - Required Pediatric Experience - Required BLS (AHA) - Required Acute Care Experience - Highly Preferred ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer) EQUIPMENT/EMR: EPIC

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Outpatient Experience: New Grad Accepted Licenses: PT-MI Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 2 References in entire work history PT Experience - Required
